Huile d’olive
Chorizo doux
Epices aux choix (paprika, curcuma, ail en poudre…)
Brisure de sablés Ail des Ours Neogourmets
Préparation :
Chauffez votre four à 180°
Lavez, egouttez et coupez en tranches epaisses le choux fleur
Melangez l’huile et les choux fleurs
Badigeonnez les tranches avec l’huile épicées sur une plaque
Cuire au four environ 30mns
